Order Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for delivery.

The time window for cancellation will be 3 to 5 days after post-delivery of product. The order cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order post the specified time. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

In case of any cancellation from the CUREDOSE due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

CUREDOSE reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. CUREDOSE also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

Refund Policy

At CUREDOSE, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

Full Refund Possible If:

  • You received a defective item;
  • The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
  • The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
  • An item(s) is missing from your order
  • Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;
  • Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
  • Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return;
  • Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and
  • Partially consumed strips, items or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips, items or products can be returned.

Please Note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is for a Cash on Delivery payment, we will require an image of a voided cheque leaf or of a bank statement to ensure that the account numbers are accurate. Once approved COD refunds may take as long as 3 weeks.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund for a defective or damaged item, send the email request to in customersupport@curedosepharma.com, with your Order ID as the Subject Line, along with a photo of the damaged item(s). To request a refund for a missing item(s), send the email request to info@curedosepharma.com with your order ID, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund and specifying which items were missing. In the case of “missing” claims we will review the packing video to make sure all items were placed in the package.

Returns Policy

We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 3 to 5 days of receipt.

For Return intimation,

  1. Please visit Curedosepharma.com/contact.
  2. CUREDOSE customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of complaint.
  3. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, CUREDOSE will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.
  4. The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.
